Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available to view in checkout. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.
Please note all orders will require a signature on delivery.
We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.
IMPORTANT: due to COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions, we are unable to return any merchandise at this time. All sales are considered final and returns will not be accepted. Thank you for understanding. Stay well and healthy!
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unwashed, eligible items or defective merchandise. Returns are available on full price items within 7 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met. Instructions are provided below:
- Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
- Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
- Any returned merchandise should be accompanied with a Return Authorization from Linly Designs, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Purchaser is responsible for any shipping costs associated with any returns.
Please note that all seasonal/holiday items, as well as any discounted pieces, are final sale and cannot be returned. Personalized or special order items cannot be returned. Furniture and lighting are also final sale and cannot be returned.

When returning a gift, a Linly Designs Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. In compliance with Federal law, for gifts valued at more than $2,000, the recipient will receive a check rather than a Gift Card.
