Returns

IMPORTANT: due to COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions, we are unable to return any merchandise at this time. With the exception of damaged/defective products, all sales are considered final and returns will not be accepted. Thank you for understanding. Stay well and healthy!

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your order arrives less than perfect, or damage occurs in transit, please contact us at boutique@linlydesigns.com with 48 hours in order for us to process any claims with the shipper. Instructions are provided below:

  • All original packaging and product tags must be kept until the claim is resolved.
  • Photos of the exterior of the package, interior of the package, and merchandise are required for returns. If the carton is disposed, we will be unable to process your return/refund.
  • Any returned merchandise should be accompanied with a Return Authorization from Linly Designs.

Please do NOT dispose of any packing, materials, boxes, or merchandise until you have received explicit instructions to do so. Failure to keep claimed items will result in a denial of your refund. If you have any questions or need assistance, call 1-630-769-5099.

Gifts

When returning a gift, a Linly Designs Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. In compliance with Federal law, for gifts valued at more than $2,000, the recipient will receive a check rather than a Gift Card.
